CKCC Blog Hop Challenge #1: Jewelry Challenge

Welcome to the CKCBMembers Blog Hop .

You should have come from   Lesley   http://ohblogitifyoucantbeatthem.blogspot.co.uk

Challenge #1: Jewelry Challenge

Challenge 1: Jewelry Challenge:  Use a piece of YOUR jewelry for inspiration!  Tell it's story...use it's design...and make sure to show us a photo of your inspiration, too!

When I saw this challenge I knew immediately the piece of jewelry I would do the layout with. My mom always had this locket in her jewelry box ,about once a year she would pull it out and show me .We would just talk mother and  daughter time. Especially important be I have six siblings time was precious . After I was married and about to move away. She gave this to me to remember, and I do.This locket has a mustard seed in the front with the bible verse Matthew 17:20 on the back . for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed,  nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Yes it is small less than an 1/2 inch wide.Where the seed is the background is light blue . This picture is my favorite of my mom her dress is the same light blue as the seed. It is  when she graduated from high School. I made a copy of the photo on acetate  then back with pearl vellum.

here is a closer look at the back

Hope you enjoyed next on the hop is
